Please read the following RecruitMilitary LLC (the "Company") agreement and the Terms of Use on the RecruitMilitary.com website (the "Site") carefully. By using the Site You are indicating Your acceptance to be bound by the terms of this agreement AND the terms and conditions of the Site found under Terms of Use on the Site. If You do not accept the Terms and Conditions stated here and on the Site, do not use the Site and/or the RecruitMilitary services (the "Services").
You may not cancel this Agreement during the Commitment Period, and prepaid amounts are non-refundable. The Commitment Period is the length of time You have committed to receive the Services. The Services are provided for Your use for the sole purpose of direct-employment - sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates to work for You. Your use of the Services are restricted to the Services identified under the Terms of Use found on the Site and in this agreement. You expressly agree not to use, or allow the use of, the database for solicitation on behalf of any other person or entity.
"Material" is any text, graphics, photos, music, sounds, video, software, code, information, and articles found at the Site. By using the Site, You agree that all content is the sole property of the Company and may not be reproduced without prior written permission. All Material is protected under US and International copyright, trademark and other laws. The compilation (meaning the collection, arrangement and assembly) of all content on the Site is the exclusive property of the Company and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use of the Material may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws. You must retain all copyright, trademark, service mark and other proprietary notices contained in the original Material on any copy You make of the Material. You may not sell or modify the Material or reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute, or otherwise use the Material in any way for any public or commercial purpose. The use of the Material on any other web site or in a networked computer environment for any purpose is prohibited.
You understand that job seekers may, in their sole discretion, make their resume viewable to staffing firms and/or employers, and such resumes are accessible through the RecruitMilitary Resume Database (the "Database"). This Database is a private database for use only by registered users who purchase such access, and You understand that any services purchased by You for resume searching relate only to the Database. A registered user is defined as one unique user with one unique password. Each password is for the sole use of the named registered user while You employ such registered user. If more than 1 user requires access, You agree to register additional users and obtain separate passwords for each additional user. If You (including any of Your employees) share Your passwords with any non-registered users, such sharing shall be a breach of this Agreement, and the Company may revoke all passwords without refund. You agree to notify the Company promptly after the departure of any person to whom You provided a password, and the Company reserves the right to cancel such password and issue a new password in lieu thereof. The Company reserves the right to periodically change issued passwords. In addition, You agree that You will only use resumes You find in the Database for Your recruiting purposes. You agree that you will not engage in collection of data from the Database through automated means, such as through harvesting bots, robots, spiders, or scrapers without Company's express written permission.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its successors, officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, actions, demands, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal and accounting fees) arising or resulting from (i) a breach by the indemnifying Party of this Agreement or of any representation, warranty, covenant or agreement contained herein or (ii) actions, omissions or materials or information transmitted by You in connection with the Services.
You agree that these Terms and Conditions shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provision. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts. The terms of this Agreement shall be severable and construed to the extent of their enforceability in light of the parties' mutual interest.
