OFCCP Compliance
The Department of Labor's Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) is responsible for ensuring that contractors doing business with the Federal government do not discriminate and take affirmative action.
Does RecruitMilitary provide option to collect and report OFCCP data?
Yes, we can enable OFCCP data collection for your account.
There are two options: either require a requisition number before each search, or allow a choice between a requisition number and a reason for the search. Reasons can be set up to be selected from a pre-determined list or entered by the user at the time of the search.
During the normal course of initial registration, all candidates are asked if they want to voluntarily self-identify gender and race. This data is stored in the database such that recruiters and hiring managers won't see it on a candidate's record. The data is only used in running aggregate reports.
What data is captured and stored?
All data is stored for 3 years.
For resume search, the following data is captured and stored:
- Person executing the search (based on the individual's login)
- Search purpose/job requisition
- Search date
- Search criteria
-
Snapshot of candidate profile and resume for all candidates that appear in search results.
- Content is stored exactly as it was received on the day it was viewed.
- If a search returns multiple pages, only the candidates within the pages viewed will be stored.
- Log of all user actions/ratings/notes related to the candidate
For all applications received on posted jobs, the following information is captured and stored:
- All profile/resumes received
- Which job the candidate applied for
- Date the application was received
- Resumes marked as "Meets Basic Requirements"
- Log of all user actions/ratings/notes related to the candidate
How do I get the data?
Users must contact support@recruitmilitary.com to generate a standardized report containing collected data.
